How to make Truffles

    Ingredients:

  • 2 packets of strawberry Jello
  • 2 Packets of Lime Jello
  • 2 packets of Vanilla pudding
  • Whip Cream
  • 3 cups of mixed fruits
  • lemon cake
  • 1 cup of fruit syrup (you can use the syrup from a can of fruits)

Directions:

1.)  Put the two packet of Strawberry jello into a bowl and then, add 1 and a 1/2 cup of hot water. Mix it well. Let it cool for for about 10 minutes. 

2.)  Once the jello has cooled, add 1 and a 1/2 cup of fruit into the jello. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then place this in the fridge for 4 hours.

3.)  When the Jello is done, place a thin layer of lemon cake on top. Add about one cup of fruit syrup over the lemon cake.

4.) Make the vanilla pudding, pour this on top over top of the cake. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge.

5.) Make the Lime jello, and then put in fridge from 15-20 minutes. 

6.)After 15-20 minutes take the jello out and add 1 and a 1/2 cup of mixed fruit.

7.) Add the Lime Jello on top of the Vanilla Pudding. Place this in the fridge to set.

8.) After the Lime Jello has set add some whip cream on top of the truffle, and decorate with fresh strawberries.
